RAYNET will celebrate 20 years of operation this year. Even though we have accomplished quite a lot with your support, we still have a strong feeling that we are only at the beginning. Although we do not enjoy long reminiscing, we want to quickly look back at two major innovations of last year. But most importantly, we want to show you what's in store for RAYNET CRM this year.

Mobile app

We have redesigned our mobile app from the ground up to make it more enjoyable for you to use. Thank you so much for the great response as we continue making improvements! If you haven't tried it yet or can't find the download link after buying a new phone 😎, here's a link to the Play Store and App Store.

This is 1000 % better, a giant leap in UX/UI, big applause.

Excellent… awesome graphics, window arrangement, and extended features. Working with the calendar is great compared to the previous version.

Thanks to automations, RAYNET takes over even more of your daily work. It automatically creates a task for a new lead, sets up a follow-up meeting, or even notifies you when a contract is about to expire. 

We have prepared over 50 templates in RAYNET that cover a variety of activities ranging from customer care to lead management. Get inspired and when you feel like it, create your own automations. 🙂

As of February 16, there have been 51,223 automations executed that have done your tasks for you. 💪

New features this year

The redesign continues

The first new feature is a complete redesign of the record details. This visual change has been shaking things up at Raynet for a while now and we are excited to finally be getting closer to the release date. 

But it's not just about the new design, you'll be able to customize each record detail however you want. Remove fields, add your own, add a whole new panel, change the order of tabs... woo-hoo... we're really looking forward to it!  Plain and simple – you'll be able to customize RAYNET much more to the way you actually use it.

Inbox and outbox

RAYNET will be able to receive and send emails! All you will need to do is link your email account to RAYNET and you will immediately see your email communication with each customer. No need to sync anything manually.


It will also be possible to send emails directly from RAYNET (whenever you find it to be faster than using your basic email applications). We plan on having various smart settings as well. We will share more details in a separate article, don’t worry, you won’t miss out on anything. 🙂

Business goals

The coming about of this feature could be compared to playing song requests. 🙂 Many of you have been asking for a way to evaluate the volumes sold and other KPIs (e.g., number of new leads, new product sales, etc.). The business goals feature will offer exactly that.

New pricing plans

In addition to information about new features, it's also fair to mention that we'll be changing the price after a long time. We plan on introducing 3 pricing plans around mid-year:

  • We want to make the first one called START even more affordable than today; it will be for small teams of up to 3 users and the price will go down.
  • The middle plan, PROFESSIONAL, will let you make the most of RAYNET's potential; the price will go up a bit and this plan will be the first one to offer a number of the new features mentioned above.
  • For the most demanding, we will have the ENTERPRISE plan, which will allow you to take advantage of the highest limits and possibilities.
Pricing plans


The AI wave is washing over RAYNET and we are definitely riding it. Both natural and artificial intelligence are our domain 😎 and we use both every day. You may not even know that AI has been helping you for some time now with the correct item assignment when scanning business cards.  

In terms of AI innovations, we are planning more advanced features for the first half of the year, such as an automatic meeting minutes summary or extracting the most important information about a client. And that's just the beginning!

One thing is certain for this year — it will be worth it and it will be a wild ride for us. 🙂 And that's just the way we like it!
