Link your CRM with Dropbox
You already know that we like Dropbox. And we know that there are many Dropbox users among you. You can easily upload data from Dropbox to any RAYNET CRM record. Find the Dropbox option in the attachment panel and link the record with Dropbox. You can also add the files from the documents or website links to a record the same way.
Stop getting lost when travelling to a meeting
We know it well: you are heading to your client, everything is prepared, the roads are empty but... where exactly are you heading? We have implemented a helpful upgrade into the CRM.
You will find the function Copy account address at each scheduled meeting. Just click on it and the client's address will be added to the meeting details and a map will be shown with an option to plan your route. You do not have to search for an account and open the tab with its details anymore.
There is much more news in RAYNET CRM. Let´s just briefly introduce some of them:
- We have redesigned the Settings section so you can administrate your RAYNET CRM more easily.
- We have added the Attachments panel to the Lead record detail.
- Private Activities can be now filtered through an Advanced filter.
