These are just two of many heartwarming feedbacks from our users. It's great to hear things like "I don't need an address book anymore" or "thanks to RAYNET I have all of my contacts in one place". What's even more pleasant for our ears is to hear that our CRM boosts your sales.
Sell, sell, sell and... sell more
To be honest, RAYNET CRM as well as other similar tools are useless if they don't help you sell more. We know RAYNET CRM can do this when you use it the right way. Here is the first key function you should definitely get to know.
There are not so many users that use Leads properly. Lead is your first contact, first touch with... who? Your future client? Partner? Nothing at all? All the options are in the game and it's your job to turn the lead into the contract of the century.
But how do you do that? Keep in mind what is important after you create your lead:
- Insert Activities in the Lead. Do you plan a call or a business lunch with your contact? Use the green cross on the upper-right corner and link all the activities to your Lead. Hot tip: set a reminder to each activity and don't be late anymore!
- Use the History bookmark to keep track of when and how did you and your contact interact. There are the activities already mentioned. Nothing is worse than forgetting a follow-up and letting an interesting contact die.
- Filter your Leads to distinguish them according to a Contact source, Owner, Status etc. Watch our video and feel the awesomeness of using advanced filters!
- Convert the Lead when it's time. Already discussing a particular order with your Lead? Convert the Lead to a Deal and keep working with the Deal. Add a status (proposal, before closing etc.) or additional info such as expected costs, profit and so on.
We've got some great news for you: our latest version allows you to import Leads to RAYNET CRM.
Using Leads cleverly is the first step for boosting your sales. Next time we will look closer on how to work with Deals.
