Raynet CRM allows the customer to obtain data in the following ways:Overview of the main categories of exportable data and their typical transfer methods:- self-service export of records to XLSX from individual list views in the application,
- bulk import and transfer of selected data using import XLSX templates,
- programmatic access via REST API for more complex exports, migrations and integrations,
- on request, create a SQL backup through support.

The exact scope, structure and method of transfer are specified in the specific request. Metadata and export structureRaynet works with both default and user-defined fields. Custom fields can be included in exports for selected record types if they are set as exportable.For tabular exports, the scope of metadata is determined by the record type, list configuration, and column selection. Typically, it can include record identifiers, system field values, user fields, relationships, and timestamps associated with the record.In an API, the data structure is defined by the documentation of specific endpoints and data objects.Format/method Use Limits and notes Link / availability XLSX Self-service export from sheets and import using templates Suitable for regular backup and data transfer. The transfer takes place after agreement with customer support; the method of transfer and the scope are determined individually, according to Terms of Provision. The procedure below describes the standard process for how a customer can retrieve their data and use it to switch to another provider, migrate to their own infrastructure, or terminate the service and delete the data.Step What will the customer do? What Raynet CRM will provide 1. Notice of intent The customer notifies the request for export, migration or backup via support at podpora@raynet.cz. The customer terminates the service directly in the admin user interface. Raynet CRM. Raynet will confirm receipt of the request, verify the applicant's authorization, and recommend a suitable export method based on the scope and type of data. 2. Choosing the format and scope The customer specifies whether they need table exports, API access, SQL backup, or a combination of multiple methods. Raynet will specify the technical conditions, possibly point out the limits of the chosen method, and suggest a secure transmission. 3. Start export / transfer of accesses The customer performs a self-service export or provides the necessary technical support for API or SQL transfer. Raynet will provide cooperation within the scope of standard support and, if necessary, specify the data structure or transfer parameters. 4. Data transfer The customer transfers data to a new service or to its own infrastructure, or entrusts a third party with the migration. Raynet communicates with the customer regarding any technical issues and confirms the completion of the part provided by Raynet. 5. Termination and deletion If the customer requests termination of the service, they will confirm the termination date and any request to retain the deposit for a transitional period. After the contract ends, the customer has 80 days to request a refund or restore the instance. After this period, the instance and its data are permanently deleted. Raynet provides interoperability only within the scope of standard functions and agreed services and is not responsible for the compatibility of the target solution, which is entirely the responsibility of the client.Transparency of international access to data
Region Customer information Infrastructure jurisdiction The service uses infrastructure located in the EU. Safety standards Internal documents state ISO 27001, regular backups, and cloud operation without the need for local installation. Technical transmission protection The API connector communicates over HTTPS with a requirement for TLS 1.2 and higher. Organizational and legal measures Raynet assesses data accesses in relation to contractual, internal and legal frameworks. We recommend adding the name or role of the responsible contact for such requests in the public version of the document. Fees for contract termination and for changing provider

Data deletion after termination of service No separate fee, unless it is an extraordinary, individually agreed action beyond the standard process. From 12. 1. 2027 No switching fees will be charged.
