Raynet CRM operations are secured by one of the world’s largest and most advanced IT infrastructures—Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS data centers are world-class in both physical and software security, capable of withstanding critical events such as natural disasters, massive hacker attacks, or power failures. Load and penetration testing are, of course, standard practice.
The foundation of data protection is ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to specific information groups. Access to the application is protected by a unique username and password. For Enterprise plans, Single Sign-On via Google Account or Microsoft Entra ID is also available. You can enable Two-factor authentication (Authy, Google Authenticator), set password expiration or complexity (length, special characters, uppercase and lowercase). Raynet CRM includes a simple tool for managing user roles and groups, enabling access rights to be defined per group or individually. All data transmissions are encrypted using the TLS protocol.
We systematically build security awareness among all our employees, which includes regular training. Using VPNs for secure remote access outside the internal network is also standard practice.
We perform a full backup of all data and files every day. These backups are archived with at least a 90-day history and, where technically feasible, for even longer. More information can be found in our Terms of Use, Section 6 – Backups.
You store your client data in Raynet CRM in compliance with GDPR. We guarantee this in our Data Processing Agreement. Raynet also includes a suite of tools to help you properly manage your clients’ personal data.
We protect your Raynet CRM data against potential cybercrime, data breaches, abuse, theft, and malware. For our systematic and legally compliant data management, we've received the ISO 27001 certification. By following this standard, we guarantee data security and minimize the risk of sensitive information leakage.
