New Activities invite you to take action.

We keep going, we don't stop, and we leave the delays to trains! ๐Ÿ˜€ After Products, Price Lists, and Documents, we have improved another key part of the CRM system - Activities (Tasks, Meetings, Events, Phone Calls, and Letters).

They have a new design that is more modern, clearer, and faster. And the "Save" button? Don't go looking for it, changes are saved automatically. ๐Ÿ’พ



Preview calendar ๐Ÿ“…

Now you have a preview calendar that shows you the context - your upcoming meetings and the calendars of colleagues you're planning a meeting with. You can also easily drag & drop a meeting or other activity, or reschedule it for another day.

Related activities ๐Ÿ‘‰

The list of follow-ups/related Activities is now much nicer and can be maximized into a large window where you can set the columns to fit your needs.

Better discussion ๐Ÿ’ฌ

The discussion is more active than ever and you can reply directly in individual threads.

New Notes panel ๐Ÿ“

As with all redesigned parts of Raynet, you can now add notes and tag your Activities with colorful sticky notes, texts, and files.

More powerful attachments ๐Ÿ“Ž

The Attachments panel has also been upgraded - you can now link files from Google Drive, set the order of Attachments or download all attachments as a ZIP file.



Record detail customization

And we have something extra: cu-sto-mi-za-tion! ๐ŸŽ‰ It may sound complicated, but it's quite straightforward. It's a new option for admins to customize the record details in the CRM system โ€“ edit tabs, panels, and custom fields as needed.

  • Switching the Activity color is now easier
  • If you have activity classification by Category and color turned on, and have more than 20 records, full-text search is enabled automatically
  • Change the Activity type faster
  • Swap the resolver and autor in one click
  • Differentiation of internal activities (blue vs. green)

If you don't like it at first, you can switch back to the original version. We'll keep this option available for a few more weeks so you have time to try things out. ๐Ÿ”„
