CRM

When choosing a CRM, you'll encounter countless systems competing on the range of features and integrations they offer. To make your decision easier, we’ve compared the 8 best and most popular CRMs in the Czech Republic.

Which is the Best CRM?

Read on to discover what each CRM can do, so you can choose the one that’s best suited for you and your business. 👇

eWay-CRM

eWay-CRM is a Czech CRM that functions as an extension of Outlook. It is built on the idea that most business communication happens through emails. Whether you're on desktop, mobile, or web, eWay-CRM is available both online and offline once Outlook is launched.

Advantages 👍

One of the benefits of eWay-CRM is the ability to make advanced customizations of fields and their settings according to your specific needs.

Disadvantages 👎

eWay-CRM is only suitable for those of you who use Outlook and Microsoft products. If you don’t, it’s not relevant.

Who is it suitable for?

Small and medium-sized businesses

How much does eWay-CRM cost?

eWay-CRM is available for free in its basic version. It also offers the following options:

  • Basic – 270 CZK per user per month with annual payment
  • Professional – 360 CZK per user per month with annual payment
  • Enterprise – 540 CZK per user per month with annual payment

HubSpot as a Company-Wide Solution

HubSpot is a large cloud-based CRM focused on automating marketing and sales communication. It helps manage four areas: sales, marketing, customer support, and content.

Advantages 👍

From a features perspective, HubSpot covers the essential CRM foundation (Contact Database - Deals - Activities), which, combined with a large number of integrations with other services, makes for a very powerful combination. Additionally, HubSpot offers a basic free version.

Working with this CRM is made easier by a wide educational database, including blog articles, video tutorials, and free courses from HubSpot Academy.

Disadvantages 👎

The real value of HubSpot becomes apparent when you use it as an "All-in-One" platform. However, for that, you will need to pay for all five of their products.

CRM is just a small part of the entire HubSpot platform, so you will likely have many panels and sections of the app that are half-empty. You might experience a similar feeling to when you sit in a car with the lowest possible trim level, and the interior is filled with blanks instead of controls and technologies available only in higher trims. Also, be prepared for phone calls from HubSpot’s sales department pushing you to upgrade to a higher plan and purchase additional features.

When it comes to design and user-friendliness, HubSpot CRM is designed more for technically-oriented users, who often prefer it.

Who is it suitable for?

Small, medium, and large companies

How much does HubSpot cost?

HubSpot CRM offers four pricing plans. Free and Starter are tempting at first glance, but they only include basic features and have many limitations. For more advanced functionalities, such as reporting and automation, you need to pay extra for higher-tier plans.

The offer is as follows:

  • Free – €0
  • Starter – €15 per user per month with annual payment
  • Professional – €90 per user per month with annual payment
  • Enterprise – from €150 per user per month

+Onboarding fee: You should expect a one-time fee for the mandatory onboarding consultation, which is €1,470 for the Professional plan and €3,420 for the Enterprise plan.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a powerful but cumbersome giant

Dynamics 365 is a robust combination of ERP and cloud CRM from Microsoft. It covers most business processes – from order processing, through planning, to managing inventory, financial data, and human resources.

Advantages 👍

The biggest advantage is the integration of ERP and CRM. Instead of using multiple separate systems, you have the option to use a complete set of Microsoft applications integrated as one entity. This ensures full compatibility with Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and other products from the Microsoft family.

It is an enterprise solution, where the saying "you get what you pay for" applies.

Disadvantages 👎

Microsoft Dynamics is essentially a custom on-premise solution that requires customization. Therefore, you should expect higher costs. You will also need an integration partner.

If you are looking for an easy-to-use CRM, you might want to look elsewhere. Most users report that the interface is not very user-friendly. Especially in the beginning, training requires a lot of effort.

Who is it suitable for?

Large companies

How much does Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales cost?

  • Dynamics 365 Sales Professional – €60.80 per user per month
  • Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise – €88.90 per user per month
  • Dynamics 365 Sales Premium – €126.40 per user per month
  • Microsoft Relationship Sales – €151.60 per user per month

Any customizations to this system are very costly. Additionally, the implementation cost can reach millions of Czech korunas.

Pipedrive offers reports and process automation

As its name suggests, this cloud CRM from Estonia focuses primarily on sales and the sales pipeline. It allows for planning sales activities and also provides analytics that helps improve sales quality.

Advantages 👍

Pipedrive is one of the leaders in the CRM market and offers all the features you might need as a salesperson. It has highly developed automations and, among other things, offers an inbox, or direct integration with your email account. With a large number of integrations, you can connect to other applications and services.

Disadvantages 👎

Pipedrive is mainly suitable for startups and small teams with very simple sales processes. For larger teams that track a lot of data, it becomes less clear and stable. The design is quite technocratic, which may not suit everyone.

Although Pipedrive is available in many language versions, including Czech, the translations are not always very well done or easy to understand.

If you require exceptional support in Czech, the level of customer service, which depends on the pricing plan, may be disappointing. The Advanced plan and higher have access to chat support, while only the Power and Enterprise plans are entitled to phone support.

Who is it suitable for?

Small and medium-sized businesses

How much does Pipedrive cost?

You can try Pipedrive for free for 14 days. After the trial period, you need to switch to one of the five paid plans:

  • Essential – €14 per user per month with annual payment
  • Advanced – €29 per user per month with annual payment
  • Professional – €49 per user per month with annual payment
  • Power – €64 per user per month with annual payment
  • Enterprise – €99 per user per month with annual payment

If you want to use more features, you will need to pay extra. The Essentials plan offers a useful foundation with data import and export, customizable fields, and customizable pipelines, but if you need to edit email templates, automate processes, or fully sync emails, you’ll need to upgrade to at least the Advanced plan.

You can also purchase additional add-ons for the monthly subscription – LeadBooster and Prospector.

We have written a detailed comparison of the differences between the CRM systems Raynet and Pipedrive.

Raynet CRM – a popular choice for sales management

Raynet is a clear and intuitive Czech CRM. The main purpose of RAYNET is contact and deal management, ensuring that all salespeople in the team have a perfect overview of what is happening with each client.

Advantages 👍

Raynet is designed to be as simple and user-friendly as possible. Compared to "heavy-duty" CRM systems, it is easy to understand, and training is very quick.

Thanks to its local presence, a major advantage of this CRM is its integration with many Czech and international services, ranging from calendars and mailing tools to accounting systems. This saves you additional costs that you would otherwise incur with custom integrations.

Additionally, user reviews often highlight the excellent Czech customer support, available via both chat and phone, with fast response times. We have consultants available online and on-site who can help set up the CRM or design a suitable record-keeping model.

Disadvantages 👎

Raynet is developed to be user-friendly and not overloaded with features and functions that would only be used by a small fraction of users. Therefore, it may not meet the requirements of large or more sophisticated corporations.

As with some of the previously mentioned CRM systems, RAYNET also has limitations in that, while there are many ways to adjust and extend the CRM, it cannot be customized beyond its current functionality.

Who is it suitable for

Small, medium, and larger companies

How much does Raynet cost?

You can try Raynet CRM for free for 30 days, after which you need to choose from three plans, which are tiered based on the number of features and limits:

  • Start – 390 CZK per user per month with annual payment
  • Professional – 740 CZK per user per month with annual payment
  • Enterprise – 1,490 CZK per user per month with annual payment

Additional features, such as automation and online signing, come at an extra cost.

Salesforce offers scalability and flexibility

Salesforce is a popular cloud-based +CRM system due to its scalability and customization options. It helps large companies record and analyze information from various areas, such as +Business, marketing, and many others.

Advantages 👍

It contains the vast majority of necessary features. It is especially well-known for its robust analytical tools and the custom +Dashboard functionality.

Additionally, it can be freely customized through software implementers, who have a strong presence worldwide.

Disadvantages 👎

Salesforce is relatively expensive and complex. It can feel cumbersome, overly sophisticated, and in many cases, it's “overkill”.

You won’t manage without investing in consulting support for deployment and training. Salesforce itself provides only the platform but does not implement it — it relies on a network of implementation partners.

Reviews also indicate that users are not very satisfied with customer support.

Who is it suitable for?

Large companies

How much does Salesforce cost?

Salesforce is one of the most expensive solutions in this article. To access advanced features, you’ll need to choose one of the higher-tier plans:

  • Starter Suite – €25 per user with monthly or annual payment
  • Professional – €80 per user with annual payment
  • Enterprise – €165 per user with annual payment
  • Unlimited – €330 per user with annual payment
  • Unlimited+ – €500 per user with annual payment

SugarCRM tailored to your needs

SugarCRM is the largest open-source +CRM system in the world. The goal of this +CRM is to enable salespeople and other company staff to avoid switching between tools and instead handle everything within one system, thanks to the integration of all tools.

Advantages 👍

SugarCRM is an open-source solution, allowing a company to tailor the features precisely to what it needs.

Disadvantages 👎

It is a relatively outdated platform, which is clearly reflected in both design and UX. Given how robust this +CRM system is, it can feel cluttered and confusing.

Who is it suitable for

Medium and large companies

How much does SugarCRM cost?

SugarCRM is more worthwhile for larger companies, as it is a more costly solution. You can choose from the following plans:

  • Essentials – €19 per user per month with annual payment
  • Advanced – €85 per user per month with annual payment
  • Premier – €135 per user per month with annual payment

Zoho CRM is packed with features

The cloud-based Zoho +CRM system makes it easier to convert +Leads and close +Deals. It allows planning of sales +Activities as well as their analysis, leading to improved +Business quality.

Advantages 👍

Zoho is an affordable +CRM system and, in terms of features, covers all the essentials you need.

Although Zoho +CRM is used worldwide, it offers an interface and customer support in Czech.

Disadvantages 👎

The user interface of Zoho +CRM is not as user-friendly as you might be used to from other platforms.

Another drawback is the lack of integration with Czech tools, such as accounting systems.

Who is it suitable for

Small and medium-sized companies

How much does Zoho CRM cost?

You can try it free for 15 days. After that, you can choose from several plans:

  • Standard – €14 per user per month with annual payment
  • Professional – €23 per user per month with annual payment
  • Enterprise – €40 per user per month with annual payment
  • Ultimate – €52 per user per month with annual payment

In addition to traditional plans, Zoho also offers the option to integrate your +CRM system with other Zoho products. You can choose between two different bundles – CRM Flex and CRM Plus.

Which CRM to choose?

The best +CRM system is the one that best meets your needs and expectations. That’s why it’s important to first define, for example:

  • what exactly the +CRM should help you with,
  • what you expect from it,
  • the size of your company and number of users.

All +CRM systems offer basic features. So also consider which tools can be integrated with the chosen +CRM. Not every system supports integration with the applications you already use in your company.

Once you have identified your favorites, check their references. Look for companies in similar industries and of similar size. They likely have similar needs, and if they’re satisfied with the +CRM, there’s a greater chance it will suit you too. Public reviews on rating websites such as Capterra or G2 are also useful. Lastly, it’s always a good idea to thoroughly test a +CRM system using the free trial period to see if it fits your needs.
