We’ve refreshed the look of Deals, Quotes, Sales Orders, and Projects.

It’s a big transformation, and we know that not everyone jumps for joy at change right away. But please, give the new design a chance. It’s more modern, follows the same principles you already know from other improved parts of Raynet, and most importantly – it lets you create custom tabs and panels and adjust their appearance and layout however you like.

Let’s take a closer look. 👀

1. New layout and appearance

We've reorganized the layout so that you can see key information right away. 👀

⬆️ In the top bar, you can now easily move a Deal through each stage, all the way to a win.

➡️ On the right side, you will find all the important information – basic fields for storing data, attachments, the price breakdown, and other information.

⏺️ And the center still has tabs the way you're used to.

But that’s not all:

• We’ve added Linked Records.

• Renamed the History tab to Timeline for clarity and added Raynet AI features

• Upgraded the Products tab editing options: better keyboard control (tab, enter, arrows) and enabled mass editing of selected rows.

• There are also Notes – a relatively new option for adding your own observations and comments to individual records.

• And each user can now set which tab they want to open by default. 🏷️
  
  
  

2. Customization

Your administrator can now customize the appearance of the Deal to suit your team's needs. Whether you want to keep what you're used to or set it up completely differently.

This feature allows you to:

• Create your own tabs, panels, and fields

• Choose which tab will be the main one

• Set up what will be displayed in each tab

For example, you can move the Description field or Price Breakdown right into the main section.

So go ahead, experiment, adjust, and make Raynet your own. It’s powerful stuff. And the same control applies to Quotes, Sales Orders, and Projects as well.

You can still switch back to the previous design for a little while.

Just click the three dots and select “Revert to the old version".

This option will remain available for a few more weeks, so you have plenty of time to explore everything at your own pace. 🔄
