While full administration of the telephony system takes place in OptimCall, users have all the information and daily work tools available directly in Raynet CRM thanks to deep integration. Regular users therefore work in a unified Raynet CRM environment without switching to another application.
What you get in Raynet CRM: You immediately see who is calling, and the customer, company, or lead card opens automatically. You can start a call with a single click directly in Raynet CRM. Missed calls and complete call history are available directly within the CRM. Manual or automatic activity creation from calls is supported, along with other features.
OptimCall provides a wide range of features covering both standard business telephony and advanced processes: voice announcements and IVR, queues and priority management, smart call routing based on data in Raynet CRM, simultaneous or sequential ringing on multiple devices, call recording, call transfer, substitution handling, time conditions and after-hours automation, SMS sending and receiving, call and SMS history, remote work support, handling multiple lines by a single operator, international number support, statistics, extensive customization options, and API.
OptimCall is primarily delivered as a cloud-based solution with a web interface, but on-premise deployment is also available. It is not tied to a specific telecom operator and allows you to choose any provider according to your needs (BYOC – bring your own carrier).
