Start a call directly from Raynet CRM with a single click on the phone number.
When receiving an incoming call, the customer card automatically opens in your browser within Raynet CRM.
All call information is automatically displayed for each contact in the CRM.
Contacts from Raynet CRM are automatically synchronized to the PBX phone directory.
If the caller’s number is not yet in the CRM, the system offers the option to create a new contact.
An activity record of type “Phone Call” is automatically created in the CRM. If the call was recorded, you can play the recording directly from the contact detail.
