At HESTI, they had been using a CRM to manage their business since 2007. However, the old CRM started to lose its breath, lacking essential features such as analytics or deal tracking. A change was necessary, so they chose Raynet from the available CRM solutions. Thanks to it, the 35-member sales team gained a clear tool with a mobile app, and the company management received up-to-date data for strategic decision-making.
HESTI is a key player in the heavy-duty vehicle market in the Czech Republic and Europe. It is a dealer for MAN trucks and also acts as an importer for renowned brands KRONE and D-TEC. Operating since 1991, it offers clients comprehensive services from sales to maintenance and spare parts. It also operates its own production of bodies for commercial vehicles.
Unlike many other companies, HESTI avoided managing their business in Excel spreadsheets. They had been successfully trading using a CRM since 2007, and everything worked even as their team grew to 35 sales representatives. Year by year, however, the system lagged behind until they began to miss features critical for today’s business.

The biggest impulse for change came when the sales team received tablets for field work from management. They discovered they couldn't work with them because the old CRM did not have a mobile application. This led HESTI to the decision to switch to a modern solution in 2022, which became Raynet.

Compared to the older system, they can complete tasks with half the clicks and always know where to find the client directory, calendar, and analytics.

The management was literally thrilled with the analytics in Raynet. They can easily view, for example, overviews within sales funnels, where they see how many deals are before closing or what volume of money is currently in play.
