The team of sales representatives and underwriters at Direct previously relied on shared Excel spreadsheets. It was slow, confusing, and even the most meticulous employees made mistakes. It was clear that they couldn't continue this way. That’s why they implemented Raynet CRM – now, underwriters have all client data in one place, organized and ready for insurance processing.
Direct insurance is a modern insurance company that has been providing simple and understandable insurance without unnecessary bureaucracy for over 15 years. It focuses on car, property, and business insurance, building its reputation on fast processing, a fair approach, and communication free of complex insurance jargon. It offers clients clear conditions, transparent contracts, and support when they truly need it.
At Direct, two key teams collaborate on corporate insurance: sales representatives, who bring in new business, and underwriters, who prepare the actual insurance based on the provided data. Before introducing the CRM, they used a shared Excel file to record clients and deals, which both teams worked in.
We all wrote business case data into the spreadsheet. It often happened that we overwrote data or forgot to record it. This created inaccuracies and caused stress.

During implementation, they needed to transfer as much client data as possible from Excel to Raynet. This ensured that sales reps and underwriters could see the entire client history in the CRM, even from the time before Raynet was introduced.
Our consultant, Štěpán, assisted with the smooth rollout of the CRM. He introduced Direct employees to all the main features and "gadgets" that now make their daily work easier.
When we switched from Excel to Raynet, it felt perfect that everything was in one place. I open one page, and all the information I’m looking for about a client is there, and no one can overwrite it.

Direct also appreciates the fact that they can customize Raynet to suit their needs. Each team works with the CRM slightly differently, so they have the option to adjust the dashboard or window layout to access important information as quickly as possible. An administrator can prepare a basic interface for individual teams, and each user then fine-tunes it – for example, by pinning clients they are currently dealing with to their main dashboard.
The underwriting team at Direct works with materials from sales reps. Therefore, they most frequently use the Business Deals function. For every deal, underwriters find all documents and complete communication between brokers and clients in one place.
The history of a Business Case is displayed as a timeline, where underwriters can see all activity that has occurred regarding the deal. Thanks to this, they have all the information they need to correctly set up the insurance on a single page. No more clicking between spreadsheets and documents – work is now faster, more pleasant, and more accurate.
Personally, I would recommend Raynet to every company. Every company needs clarity to move forward. Without clear analysis and data organization, you won't get anywhere.
