4poradci have tried different platforms and tools over the years. But none of them managed to fully cover all their needs. Their main goal was to build a reliable knowledge base through which they could share information and data across the team. They found the solution in Raynet CMR.
4poradci (4advisors) has been offering transparent financial advice for individuals and companies for several years. They provide crisis planning, action planning, and management of free financial resources. In addition, they also educate and organize financial literacy training, where they address common practical issues among other topics.
“As my tasks as managing director mounted, I could no longer manage it myself. One table was in this Excel spreadsheet, the other one in another... I wanted to store documents together. When I first saw Raynet, it had everything our company wanted. And we still haven't gotten everything we could out of it to this day,” says Marek Kubis, Managing Director of 4poradci.
The main reason for introducing CRM software was for 4poradci to build a knowledge base, a single place where important information could be shared among team members. Over the previous years, they tried various communication platforms and project management tools like Slack or Trello. Although these addressed the partial needs of the team well, such as document sharing or chat, it was always more of a temporary solution, as none of the tested tools completely met their needs.
According to Marek Kubis, the internal setup was still unsystematic and scattered across a number of applications that were not interconnected. That’s why he took charge of finding a suitable CRM system — he was subsequently introduced to Raynet by a colleague from another company.
I first learned about Raynet three years ago, at the end of 2021, when we started looking for a task management system. I only got more familiar with it through a colleague. I knew he had been using CRM software for quite some time, so I called him and asked about his experience. I was sold immediately. If I could go back in time, I'd get Raynet right away.

Testing Raynet CRM was started by 4poradci with a trial version, which we offer to potential clients for 30 days for free — with all available features. They adopted the system quite quickly thanks to a pre-prepared template directly for financial advisors. “We adjusted some details, a few colors, and some columns, but more or less the way we got it is how it works for us,” Kubis said.
According to the head of the company, the only thing that caused a small concern at the beginning was the fluidity with which all team members would get used to adding data to the new system. He also adds that once they moved a large part of client data to the CRM system, he knew they would stick with the tool. The user-friendly nature and the well organized data management were among the main selection criteria for 4poradci.
Deals are always at a certain stage, and in order to be able to navigate them, I previously had to have notes written down in a different application about what to do next and when. Raynet solved exactly this problem. When I open my business board today, I have everything perfectly organized in columns. I can set deadlines, I know what the client needs to address and what is potentially pending.
He also positively rates access to educational videos and the option to call customer support at any time, which helps solve possible issues: "It works well and it's easy. Not all colleagues are equally computer savvy, yet no one had a problem using the system,” added Kubis.
Among Raynet's individual features, Kubis highlights the calendar in which he says he spends the most time. Personally, he sees it as one of the elements that helps the company progress and increase performance: “I have such a perfect overview of the tasks and their status. I can see right away what's still hanging over me. And when I need to do training, counseling, or anything else.. I don't have to ask anyone if they are free. I just look and find an open spot.“
In an industry where client data is the alpha and omega, it is crucial for 4poradci to keep a good overview of the data and ongoing cooperations. “Before we implemented Raynet, it was pure chaos. With it, the company is more in order. Client management, activity management, feedback, everything is done in Raynet,” he adds, noting that he sees the same benefits on a personal level.
I had one type of task noted over here, another one over there, and a third one somewhere else. I had something in Excel, other things in OneNote and god knows where else. Now I have it all in one place, and what's not there doesn't exist. I'd be paying for Raynet today even if I wasn't running a business, just to keep my life in order.

Along with the calendar, the company mainly uses the Business Board.
In Raynet, we have a complete database of clients and gradually try to have as much data as possible for each of them. What is the continuity, from whom the recommendation came, etc. We record basically everything in the CRM system except commissions. All tasks for the assistant are there as well, which is great, because when they were previously assigned via Messenger or email, they got lost in communication very quickly. Now everything is in one place.
The final challenge for the team around Mark Kubis remains automation of individual processes and using CRM records to the fullest to get the most out of the tool. In this regard, Marek appreciates the value of training, which helps speed up the adoption of individual features: ”Even if it costs something, it's just more efficient than finding out after a year that there's a virtual assistant that can save me time.“
