📬 Automated emails that send themselves
at just the right time

One meeting just wrapped up, the next one's about to start. There's a call, a proposal, meeting notes... and somewhere in between, a customer is still waiting for a thank you or an order update. Not anymore.

We've added automated emails to Raynet, messages that are sent automatically, exactly when they’re supposed to. 🎯 Like when a deal moves to the next stage, or a set time passes. No more manual emailing, just more time for what really matters.

The best part? These emails feel like you wrote them yourself. They’re sent from the salesperson’s email address and are signed with their name. You can even attach your own documents or system-generated ones, like a pre-filled contract based on a specific deal.

⚙️ Step-by-step automation setup

Under the Templates tab in Automations, you’ll now find a brand new category: Automated Emails. Choose from four ready-made templates, or create your own from scratch.

Before you build your first scenario, make sure to connect your Inbox with Raynet and allow for emails to be sent from your email address. ✅

Let’s go over setting up an automation that sends a confirmation email when a new inquiry is received. Pick a template with all the key steps already prepared. At the end, you can edit the email text or leave it as is.

Then just check the box allowing Raynet to send messages from your email address (this is a must), click Save, and Run the automation. ▶️

And that’s it! Time to kick back and enjoy how easy it is. 🌊

Every email sent this way will be marked with a little 🏗️ icon, so it’s easy to spot in your Sent folder. 🎣
