If you use Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo or Thunderbird, there’s no need to change! To transfer an e-mail to the RAYNET CRM, just send it to a special e-mail address.
The e-mail (including attachments) will be sent to the CRM, and the system will automatically file it under the right contact, deal or order. Easy, quick, 100% reliable. Never lose an e-mail again!
When you set up your RAYNET CRM, we’ll give you a unique e-mail address in the form “yourCRMname@mailmeto.raynetcrm.com” (so something like “email@example.com”). When you BCC the e-mail to this address, it’ll automatically appear in your CRM.
If you receive an e-mail and want to send it to your CRM, simply forward it (FW) to your unique CRM address.
To file an e-mail under a particular contact, deal, project or order, just write the file code anywhere in the subject line.
